Millions watched Michelle and Ruth battle it out on BBC2’s the Apprentice this week but not is as well known is that the SAS (Sir Alan Sugar) property Company “Amsprop” increased its property portfolio from £20m to £86.6 m in the year to 30 June 2005 and is currently seeking to buy freehold buildings in the City.
 Well all right perhaps you might have guessed.
Booming commercial property prices have helped make fortunes for 20% of those in the Sunday Times and the Estates Gazette Rich List.
Yet all commercial property entrepreneurs must start somewhere and listen and act on professional advice (even we assume Sir Alan at one time). This surely must be an opportunity for IFA’s. to advise and Chartered Valuation Surveyors to source the property and negotiate the deal.
Yes at some stage we all have start by being an Apprentice!
