The practice is located in Reigate, Surrey (just off junction 8 of the M25) and is midway between London and Brighton. Parking is available on site. We are close to the railway station so it's easy to get here from London Victoria via Redhill also Reading and Guildford.

Roger NelsonRoger Nelson FRICS, IRRV
Roger Nelson heads the practice. He has a wealth of experience both with public service and private practice. He set up a successful business in first Sutton and then in Reigate since 1995. Roger is known as the singing surveyor and is an active member of local operatic societies!

 

Jackie CollisJackie Collis BSc (Hons)
Jackie Collis joined the practice at the beginning of 2007 as valuer/technician. Her background is in the residential property and marketing sectors and she specialises in leasehold and freehold valuation work. She is able to advise clients on the costs to extend leases or buy the freehold.

 

Brian Gale BSc, MRICS
Professional associate since 1999 and primarily deals with building survey related work including supervision of building work, project management and contract administration. Brian is also a Law of Property Act Receiver.

Patrick Moyle BSc, MRICS
Patrick is also a professional associate and he also deals with building survey related work including Home buyer's surveys and valuations, schedules of conditions and dilapidations and party wall awards.
